How does it work?

Select a Weekly Subscription Box and follow the instructions.  You will be charged for your first box at the checkout and then you will get your first delivery the following week.  Your subscription will be automatically renewed on the Friday for the next week.  Alternatively if you only want a one-off purchase, visit our shop.

When will I receive my first delivery?

Once you have signed up you will receive an email from a member of our team on the following Monday morning confirming your delivery day for that week. Our usual delivery days are as follows:

Wednesday: NG11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16

Thursday: NG3, 4, 5, 10

Friday: NG2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 17, 18, 19, DE55, 7, 75

What if I go on holiday?

No problem.  Simply log in to your account, go to ‘ active subscriptions’ and click ’Skip next renewal’. Remember your renewal day is a Friday so it needs to be done before this.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes - its a weekly subscription service, you just need to cancel before your rebelling day which is early Friday morning.  If you do decide to cancel please leave us feedback as to the reason why to enable us to improve best we can!

Can we return your boxes?

Yes - just leave your box out when we are delivering your new one.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards.

What is in the boxes?

Check the description of the box you have chosen.  All our produce is sourced direct from the wholesale markets and local farms.  We select a broad selection of fresh seasonal produce.  We are unable to confirm exactly what you will be getting. 

Can I choose or make changes to what in my box?

Due to the current COVID19 situation, we are offering just the ‘Standard’ boxes to enable us to get to as many people as possible.  This will change as things settle down.

Where will you leave my box?

Due to the current situation we are offering a contactless delivery service.  Our drivers will leave your box outside your door, knock/ring and then leave.

Where do you deliver?

Currently to the NG1 - NG17 postcode areas. Alfreton, Heanor, Ilkeston and surrounding areas  If you are outside of these please email us to check

What is the loyalty scheme?

Earn 100 points to earn a £5.00 discount.  20 points for signing up, 20 points on a renewal and 10 points on a one off purchase.  Vouchers can be used against future orders (N.B. one voucher per order - min order applies)

What is the referral scheme?

Refer 3 friends who go on to make a purchase and receive a £10 discount off your next order.
